show Abstracthide AbstractIn order to understand the impact of genetic variants on transcription and ultimately in changes in observed phenotypes we have measured transcript levels in an Escherichia coli strains collection, for which genetic and phenotypic data has also been measured. Overall design: Each sample has been analysed at least in duplicate. All samples were harvested when cultures reached O.D. of about 0.2 (at 600 nanometers).
